LOYALTY CARD PROGRAMME

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Customer can join the Loyalty Program by applying for a CHARIZMA Loyalty Card in participating stores and customer will be issued a Loyalty Card which can be used to earn points on the same Loyalty Account. If customer applies to register with us he/she accepts these terms and conditions. We may refuse an application to join the Loyalty Program for any reason at our sole discretion including (but not limited to) risk of reputational damage to us, any reasonable suspicion.

2. To register for the Loyalty Program, Customer will need to complete an application form by making a purchase at our store for at least Rs. 10,000/-. A Loyalty Card will be issued to the customer and form will be sent to head office for creation and record. Points earned can be redeemed by customer afterwards.

3. Loyalty Card is issued to customer but remains the property of CHARIZMA. Customer must return his/her Loyalty Card to us on request or destroy it if we so reasonably request. Only customer him/herself is allowed for the transactions and/or redemption of points made using this Loyalty Card. Loyalty Points are personal to customer and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Loyalty Points may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms

4. Customer Loyalty Card can be used to earn and redeem points at our all stores 5. Customer Card cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.

6. The Loyalty Program is only for consumer use. The Loyalty Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.

7. In addition to the above, CHARIZMA reserves the right to (i) stop issuing Loyalty Cards at any time if we decide to terminate the Loyalty Program; (ii) to alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Card and/or the Loyalty Program by publishing notices on our website and/or (iii) withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Card and/or the points (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or Loyalty Account on reasonable notice to customer by letter, email or publishing such notice on our website

8. Our Privacy Policy relating to this Loyalty Program (which can be accessed at [web address]) sets out the information that we will collect about customer, how we use the information and whom it may be shared with including, but not limited to, details of the promotional information that we hope to provide.

9. We will retain customer personal information for as long as customer are a member of the Loyalty Program. Customer may cancel customer membership at any time by contacting us at (web address)


HOW TO COLLECT POINTS


1. To collect points for a transaction in a participating CHARIZMA store, customer must present customer Loyalty Card at the till at the time of purchase

2. Points cannot be earned on the purchase of discounted products.

3. Upon purchasing 3 points will be awarded for every Rs.100/- spent. The amount of points awarded can be altered at the discretion of CHARIZMA.

4. CHARIZMA reserves the right to offer bonus points on certain products as selected by us from time to time and in our sole discretion.

5. Points will usually be added to customer Loyalty Program instantly, except in the circumstances of system failure when it is expected that points will be loaded within 24 hours.

6. The current redemption value of points is one point equals 1 Rupees. We reserve the right to vary the redemption value at anytime.

7. CHARIZMA is entitled to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given. If the relevant products are exchanged for other products, the points awarded would be adjusted upwards or downwards depending on whether the exchange is for a higher or lower value item.

GOLD CARD FREE DELIVERY:


1. Gold Card can be obtained upon shopping of minimum Rs. 200,000/- within 12 months of issuance of basic card.
2. 6 points will be awarded upon every purchase made at our stores.
3. All above mentioned policies are applicable on this card too.
4. Correct home address must be provided by customer at the checkout for delivery at door step. CHARIZMA reserves the right to change or withdraw a delivery offer at any time.

*Please note, as of 1 st June 2018 the Gold Card free delivery offer will only be available for Pakistani postal address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.


HOW TO COLLECT AND REDEEM VOUCHERS


1. Rewards, in the form of Points in loyalty cards will be sent via text message with customer after every purchase made.

2. CHARIZMA Points earned are valid for 8 weeks from date of issue.

3. Where Points are being used as a payment for goods, the CHARIZMA Loyalty Card must be presented at the point of sale.

4. CHARIZMA Points earned are not redeemable in concessions or discounts offered.

5. CHARIZMA loyalty cards are and shall remain the property of the promoters, have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication and are valid in the Pakistan only

6. Copied, damaged or defaced CHARIZMA Loyalty Cards will not be accepted.

7. CHARIZMA reserves the right to withdraw the Loyalty Program at any time.
