We offer exchange of purchased product(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery based on the following two reasons only:
- Item / size has been wrongly delivered and not according to your order.
- Product has some manufacturing defect.
Please note that the product must be unused, with all the product tags intact and with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in devices screen resolution and lighting used during photoshoot, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
Contact our customer service by emailing us images of defected product at firstname.lastname@example.org for guidance related to the exchange process.
After the product is received back and our quality team has reviewed the product, you will be offered an exchange with the correct product. No extra amount will be charged for the exchange of the same product, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability. In a case when the item is not available, you will be provided with an Online Store Coupon that you can use in your next order.
Products purchase through Sale will not be eligible for exchanges, all purchases / deliveries are final.
We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed to Credit / Debit Card customers in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same instrument (credit / debit) card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs if any are non-refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
You may cancel your an order before the order is confirmed / processed. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email regarding tracking information. If you are from Pakistan you may receive an SMS as well.
If a credit card based order is requested to be cancelled after it has been placed, cancellation will be done based on request before shipping / process has begun. In this case, bank transactional charges will be charged to the customer.
After an order is shipped, the 'Exchange Policy' applies on your order (where applicable). For credit card orders, after the realization of payment, the 'Exchange Policy' will be applicable. Charizma reserves the right to cancel / amend an order. Most common reasons includes: Item is not available, customer address / contact info is not valid, International order placed on COD, Stitching is requested with Cash on Delivery Order or Credit card payment is declined by the issuer.
